A Gen Z Christmas and 2024 Wrapped

Time to think: Had some great holiday downtime with my Gen Z daughters and the conversation often went to Customer Experience.

Wrapped Up: One hot topic this year was how the Spotify “wrapped” annual summary has spread to other industries - in particular financial services, but also retail.

Nostalgia is a Winning Emotion: A relatively simple but smart use of data analytics provides an engaging customer experience that the Gen Z consumers actually expect from their brands. Don’t get fooled into thinking it’s too hard to achieve - you have the data, and the analysis is not hard these days!
